How daring are you? What bangs fit your personality? Are you more avant garde? If you are one who is
less conservative and more dynamic and outgoing, you might think of having a chopped irregular design. What could be more fun? This look
brings zest and hoop-spa to a face. If you have a round face, any added color in the bangs will help draw away from this roundedness.
Ask for a chopped irregular cut and have your hair colorist put some radical red mahogany slices in it. If you have brown eyes, they
will look coppery. Blue eyes will stand out with strawberry slices. Green eyes will look greener with a reddish coppery color.
Another way to bring length to a face is have light roots and a dark hair shaft. Light expands and
dark closes in. If you have light roots this will expand in on top of the bang area and narrow down into the length of the bang when
darkened. There would be a cut with darkness between the color of your face and the root area. Light-dark-light would be your setting.
Or, you could do the dark-light-dark. Bring attention to your bangs. Why not light on the root area with your natural brown in between
and red on the ends? Start slowly with a new color, then gradually add another color and so on. Your bangs are always a good place to
begin a new look. Think of the colors you have in your closet and how they would correspond with the color you are thinking of putting
in your bangs. Believe it or not, red hair really does shine with a pink blouse. You see this all the time in the fashion magazines.
Be imaginative, dare to explore and by all means have fun and be yourself.
