brushed back with a long piece about two inches wide to decidedly hang along her face and off set her eyes.
Silk can sometimes look like satin and also cotton.
Maggie Grace is probably wearing a light blue silk blouse that is a little bit
similar to Rochelle’s cut. The difference is that Ms. Maggie’s v-neck isn’t quite as deep as Rochelle’s and there are more gathered
seams on the sides and on the sleeves. The length is close to the same going over her jeans with a ribbon tied together in the front.
She is wearing straight long brown hair that rests just below her shoulders in round curls as is fashionable today. I can imagine
Maggie’s hair designed in a trendy Dutch boy haircut, this would change her whole appearance!
Most unusual is the white silk/satin coat that Paige Hemmis is wearing over her pink silk blouse. She is wearing the trendy v-neck with
a turned up collar. A v-neck means, that the top 2-3 buttons are unbuttoned. How can we improve Ms. Paige’s look? For her turned up
collar to be a little bit more revealed, let’s put her hair up into a hair band and twist the ends in irregular places and secure them
with hairpins. Next, because Paige has a high forehead, we are going to give her some choppy bangs. Lastly, let’s place a nice thin
necklace on her to break up the fleshly look. Can you visualize our new makeover on Ms. Paige? I can, and she looks great!
Lauren Holly is hard to beat when it comes to looking good with a short haircut. All of her hair has been foiled with reds and blondes
and look at her smile! She is wearing a dark grayish silk blouse with the v-neck under a suede jacket, over jeans. She has her thin
necklace, but is it breaking up that much skin? Solution: Button up about two buttons and put a shorter necklace on that will still
match the longer one as well. Totally spiffy!
Tip: Figure flaws are everyone to be seen today, and it is because many of the women are wearing their clothes too tight and it does
nothing to compliment figure flaws. Everyone has a few figure flaws. Instead of revealing the bulge around the waist with a tight
shirt, why not wear something loose, to camouflage your flaw? Usually, if someone has a bulge around the waist, they also have a belly.
If this is your case, do not wear tight clothes. This means, buy one size larger so your suit coat can hang nicely instead of the coat
or blouse looking like it is totally depending upon that one button to keep everything in tact. Loose clothes will make you look
thinner, tight clothes heavier. Loose clothes also make you look much neater, more professional and respectable. The only tight
clothes that should be worn, are on the beach.
