Short layered hair was cut with face framing fringes. The sides are cut to cover half the ear; bangs are long and slightly shrouding
the eyes. The neckline is also left long and straight. Blow dry while ruffling hair and raking it forward with fingers. Mousse and
hairspray help to make it last through the day.
